Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bottling Technician to join our team at Northwest Ordinance Distilling. As a Bottling Technician, you will be responsible for operating bottling equipment, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, performing maintenance tasks, and maintaining cleanliness of the bottling area. You will work in small teams, where relationships and teamwork drive the success of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate bottling equipment and monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform maintenance tasks and maintain cleanliness of the bottling area
  • Work in small teams to achieve facility goals and objectives
  • Ensure adherence to all Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures
  • Understand and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and best practices
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work on your feet, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and squatting
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating machinery
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy
Benefits
  • Starting pay from $19.30 to $21.45 before nightshift premium
  • $2 per hour premium for team members working nightshifts
  • Quarterly bonuses based on department and plant performance of up to $1700

  • 3-weeks of PTO available from hire date
  • 12-hour shifts on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule
