We are seeking a skilled Bottling Technician to join our team at Northwest Ordinance Distilling. Key Responsibilities:
Operate bottling equipment and monitor production processes to ensure high-quality products
Perform maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
Maintain a clean and organized bottling area to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work on your feet, climb stairs and ladders, bend, kneel, and squat
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating machinery
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented and able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy
Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $19.30 - $25.74 per hour
Quarterly bonuses based on department and plant performance
Full benefit packages, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
3 weeks of PTO available from hire date
12-hour shifts on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule
