MultiCare Health System is in search of a Per Diem / PRN Float Echo Technologist Level I to join our dedicated team in Tacoma, Washington.
Position OverviewThe Echocardiographer role presents an excellent opportunity within the MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute. This position allows you to leverage your specialized expertise and clinical skills in a collaborative environment, ensuring the delivery of top-notch imaging care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Capture high-quality ultrasound images of the heart and associated structures.
- Conduct diagnostic radiology to meet departmental objectives.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of various ultrasound procedures.
- Employ clinical interpretive skills, independent judgment, and creativity in executing procedures.
- Registered or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in adult, pediatric, or fetal echocardiography (RDCS) or by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) for cardiac sonography (RCS).
- Specific credentialing requirements for adult and pediatric cardiac ultrasound apply.
- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is required.
- Prior experience as an Echocardiographer is preferred.
