Position Summary: The Echocardiographer role presents an excellent opportunity within the MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute team. This technical position allows you to apply your specialized knowledge and clinical skills while collaborating with your team to deliver comprehensive and high-quality imaging care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality ultrasound images of the heart and related structures.
  • Conduct diagnostic radiology to meet departmental objectives.
  • Utilize your expertise in various ultrasound procedures.
  • Employ clinical interpretive knowledge, independent judgment, and initiative in performing procedures.
Qualifications
  • Registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in adult, pediatric, or fetal echocardiography (RDCS, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer), or by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) for cardiac sonography (RCS, Registered Cardiac Sonographer).
  • Specific credentialing requirements apply for adult and pediatric cardiac ultrasound applications.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience required.
  • Previous experience as an Echocardiographer is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay for this position is $43.36, with a pay scale reaching up to $69.70 USD. Compensation is influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and certifications.
