The Clinical Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing supply chain and clinical data to inform clinical excellence initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of business intelligence applications and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop methodologies to perform financial analysis and interpretation of supply chain purchase history data
- Develop in-depth knowledge of business intelligence applications such as Business Objects, QlickView, Tableau, and Power BI
- Identify, manage, and monitor completion of deliverables with high accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform comparative analysis on cost per case procedures, including benchmarking, surgeon and product variation, waste, noncontract spend, and contribution margin
- Complete analytics for product conversions, product standardizations, and warehouse item adds
- Develop presentation content for monthly operating reports and value analysis meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience managing multiple projects to successful completion, requiring financial modeling and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in healthcare financial services, clinical operations, supply chain, or information systems oriented environment
