Essential Duties:

  2. Deliver outstanding service in accordance with established procedures.
  3. Accurately take and fulfill guest orders with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Respond to inquiries regarding menu offerings and pricing confidently.
  5. Identify and resolve any guest dissatisfaction promptly and effectively.
  6. Adhere to scheduled shifts, ensuring timely opening and closing operations.
  7. Assist with dishwashing and culinary support as necessary.
  8. Ensure compliance with food safety standards in all food handling and preparation.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role preferred.
  2. Experience in quick service food environments is advantageous.
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  4. Ability to operate bakery equipment safely.
  5. Flexibility to work across various locations and adapt to changing roles.
  6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Frequent movement, including walking, bending, and reaching.
  2. Ability to stand for extended periods.
  3. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Education:

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is essential.

Additional Information:

Must be available to work flexible hours as needed.
