Job Description

Become a part of the dynamic team at Barry's, the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience. As a Front Desk Hybrid Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Deliver a world-class experience to our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with supervisors, peers, and clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Studio Operations: Assist with studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Fuel Bar Operations: Deliver high-quality protein smoothies and customer service in the Fuel Bar, handling pre-orders and orders on the spot.
  • Facility Maintenance: Prepare studio spaces before, after, and in-between classes, conduct small studio repairs, and perform laundry services.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and morning or night shifts.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to local, state, and federal health code regulations.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, speak, write, and communicate effectively in English.
