Medical Secretary Receptionist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Secretary/Receptionist to join our team at Private Company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) is an asset.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient scheduling and registration.
  • Process medical records and perform administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a medical secretary/receptionist.
  • Previous experience with EMRs preferred.
