We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join D. Badolato, P.A.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment.

  • Greet patients and assist them in a professional and courteous manner
  • Verify patient insurance and demographic information, accurately updating necessary records
  • Answer incoming phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate department
  • Schedule patient appointments and collect co-payments, co-insurance, or previous balances as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive medical records and collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
About the Role

  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
