Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in a leadership capacity within the Logistics, Construction, or Distribution sectors.
  • Preferably previous CEO experience; however, the client is open to strong leaders at the VP or C-Suite level ready to advance their careers.
  • Sales management experience is essential, as the CEO will lead the national sales team.
  • Demonstrated history of effective leadership and enhancing profitability.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business functions such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build and lead effective teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical abilities and a results-driven mindset.
