Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care for patients undergoing transplant procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the transplant process
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of transplant program policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Utah
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • 5 years of critical care experience, preferably in a transplant setting
  • Charge Nurse experience
