Job Summary:

We're looking for a sales-driven individual who can bring our client's brand to life and make every customer interaction unforgettable. As a Part Time Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for showcasing our client's amazing audio products, building relationships with store managers and associates, and driving sales in assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and associates to increase Sonos' sales in assigned stores
  • Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Display Sonos products in a visually appealing manner to drive sales

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
  • Reliable ride and physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time during shifts

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rate of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour commensurate with experience
  • Seasonal weekend warrior schedule with 12 hours per week - 6 hour shifts on Saturdays & Sundays

  • Retention bonus for program completion, including a Sonos Ace personal headphones valued at $450
