Job Title: Principal Command Media System Administrator

Raytheon Careers is seeking a highly skilled Principal Command Media System Administrator to join our Quality Management System (QMS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, deploying, and maintaining the Command Media System for Raytheon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multiple functions and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to ensure processes are clearly defined, non-conflicting, integrated, and handoffs are efficient.
  • Support the implementation of Raytheon Product Lifecycle.
  • Release and maintain our policies and procedures, command media, following a common process in a suite of tools.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong advocacy skills, including the ability to communicate compliance requirements and responsibilities clearly and concisely to audiences of varying degrees, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide training/presentations on the command media processes and tools and policies to small and large groups.
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Working experience with identifying concerns, addressing issues and/or finding solutions within policies or documentation.
  • Working experience writing, editing and/or releasing documentation, policies, procedures, and/or processes.
Requirements:
  • Configuration management experience
  • Strong presentation skills and project management skills.

This position requires a security clearance. The security clearance process is handled by DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense.
