Compensation:

Projected earnings of $80,000 based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a substantial loan pipeline to ensure production aligns with company standards.
  • Evaluate the loan process by tracking loan status, compliance with terms, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and insurance providers to compile and prepare all necessary documentation for underwriting.
  • Facilitate all customer interactions to ensure a seamless transaction, working alongside realtors, processors, and underwriters.
  • Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, banking professionals, builders, and the broader community to retain existing business and attract new clients.
Qualifications:
  • Must adhere to lending regulations and bank underwriting policies.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities are essential.
  • Familiarity with various loan types including FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, bridge loans, non-conforming loans, FNMA, FHLMC, and home equity lines of credit.
  • A minimum of several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is required.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in banking, business, real estate, or a related field is mandatory.
