Linda Manor Assisted Living is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents and their families. As a Resident Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our nurses and other care staff to ensure the highest level of care and support.

The estimated salary for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay, generous time off, and exceptional health insurance.

As a Resident Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist our residents with daily living activities, including preparing them for meals, serving food trays, and assisting with feeding as indicated. You will also be responsible for recording resident and resident-related events, performing SAMM in accordance with facility policy and procedure, and reporting any discrepancies noted with family-filled medi-sets and pharmacy-filled calendar cards.

To qualify for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and certified nursing assistant certification is preferred but not required.
