Hayman Daugherty Associates, Inc is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to provide comprehensive inpatient care for adults near Hadley, NY.

Job Description

We are actively searching for an experienced and dedicated psychiatrist to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care on our 30-bed general adult behavioral health unit. The successful candidate will work alongside another psychiatrist, managing an average of 15 patients per day.

Responsibilities
  • Provide short-term (locum tenens) and potentially long-term (perm) care for adults
  • Work alongside another psychiatrist, managing an average of 15 patients per day
  • Maintain a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Participate in a 1:4 weekend call and on-call rotation with comprehensive support measures in place

Our facility prioritizes patient and staff safety with 24/7 security guards and utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record system for seamless documentation.

Requirements
  • Board-certified in Psychiatry
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • An active New York state medical license at the time of application

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $250,000 - $300,000 annually, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include streamlined credentialing process and reimbursement of travel expenses.
