We seek a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Amherst, Massachusetts. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, allowing you to create your own schedule and enjoy a healthier work-life balance. Our LPNs are responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring resident health, and providing support with daily living activities. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include delivering post-acute care, monitoring resident health, tracking vital signs, and performing intake assessments. You will document resident health concerns, review medical records, administer medications, and maintain a safe environment. Additionally, you will assist with IV setup, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, while ensuring adherence to care plans. To excel in this role, you must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and possess strong communication skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as an LPN with our team, you must hold a current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. You should have completed an approved LPN educational program and obtained a high school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of experience in an LPN or similar role is required, along with the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
