Talencia LLC is seeking a caring and compassionate Healthcare Assistant Caregiver to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant Caregiver, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide personalized care and support, ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction.
Compensation InformationThe estimated hourly rate for this position is $25, which reflects the industry standard for caregivers in the local area. This competitive salary ensures that you will be fairly compensated for your skills, experience, and contributions to our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities as a Healthcare Assistant Caregiver will include:
- Providing personal care and support to patients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting patients with their daily needs, including meals, medications, and transfers.
- Engaging patients in recreational and therapeutic activities to promote physical and emotional well-being.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, adhering to confidentiality protocols.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, you must possess:
- A strong educational background in healthcare or a related field.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- A valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is highly desirable.
