Position Overview

Advatix is on the lookout for an Enrollment Services Consultant to become a vital part of our expanding team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and valuable information to prospective students eager to explore career education and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive information to prospective students while adhering to the company's Code of Conduct and relevant accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate campus visits for potential students, lead engaging campus tours, and assist with the registration process.
  • Maintain communication with new students to ensure a smooth transition into their educational journey.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to contribute to organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, reinforcing their expectations and commitment to their education.
  • Participate in campus and external events to promote our programs.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a relevant field; experience in military recruitment, high-volume recruiting, or call center operations is highly valued.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with CampusVue and Lead Square software is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel, along with industry-specific software.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in presenting to larger audiences.
  • Ability to implement effective coaching and training strategies.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
