Group Insurance Enrollment Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Renewal. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in serving our clients with excellent and accurate service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Communication: Accurately communicate benefit offerings to enrollees of Renewal clients, ensuring a seamless and informed enrollment experience.
- Benefits Analysis: Study and understand the benefit offerings for each client, staying up-to-date on the latest plans and policies.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and enrollment questions, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the benefits team at Renewal to ensure timely enrollments and maintain open communication channels.
- Enrollment Support: Help clients navigate enrollment systems of Renewal, addressing any technical issues or concerns.
- Complex Question Resolution: Address and escalate complex benefits questions when necessary, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Communication Materials: Utilize communication materials such as benefit guides to educate enrollees, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits.
- Logging and Tracking: Insure that all communication is properly logged in Renewal CRM and Enrollment systems, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress.
