Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and manage our organization's business activities and develop effective business strategies and programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and managing our business operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Business Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our business, including managing budgets, allocating resources, and coordinating business activities.
  • Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement effective business strategies, and drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to low-level managers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Budgets and Financials: Create and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Improve Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Hire and Evaluate Staff: Hire and evaluate staff to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business growth.
  • Research and Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in business management or a master's in business administration.
  • Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of business functions, including finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and other business applications.
