Job Title: Supply Chain Administrative Specialist
Job Description:
This role encompasses a range of administrative responsibilities, including coordinating schedules, responding to inquiries, documenting communications, drafting correspondence, transcribing discussions, and developing presentations. Furthermore, the position entails producing analytical reports, managing various projects, and overseeing the preparation and tracking of invoices and expense documentation. The ideal candidate may also contribute to the formulation and assessment of the annual budget.
Qualifications:
The candidate should possess a high school diploma along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or a comparable field. Familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures is essential, as the role requires leveraging experience and judgment to achieve objectives. The position may involve executing complex tasks and could include supervising and guiding the efforts of others. A significant degree of creativity and independence is anticipated.

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
Work Environment: The role offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week and remote work for two days. Specific in-office days can be adjusted after an initial period based on performance.
