  • **Forecasting and ERP Management:** Design and maintain accurate forecasts in ERP systems, ensuring alignment with customer demands and business needs.
  • **Inventory Optimization:** Develop and maintain inventory plans that balance production and sales forecasts with financial strategies.
  • **Supply Planning:** Translate forecasted demand into actionable and efficient supply plans, ensuring alignment with production and sales forecasts.
  • **SIOP and Management Reviews:** Prepare and analyze data for SIOP meetings and management reviews to provide insights and recommendations.
  • **Cross-Functional Support:** Support New Product Development (NPD), Product Discontinue (EOL), and Product Change Control (CCB) processes to drive revenue and streamline transitions.
  • **Process Improvement:** Lead projects and meetings with stakeholders to enhance supply chain processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • **Disruption Management:** Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop effective contingency plans.
  • **Industry and Regulatory Compliance:** Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with standards specific to medical devices through audits and checks.
Requirements:
  • **Experience:** Demand Planning, Supply Planning experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • **Skills:** Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization, Strong Data Analysis skills, Proficient in planning software, ERP/MRP/DRP tools and Excel.
