Sales Team Supervisor

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $83,000 to $125,500, depending on location and experience.
Job Description:
This supervisory position oversees a sales team, guiding them to achieve assigned sales and retention objectives. Key responsibilities include implementing protocols to integrate focus areas into sales strategies, developing contacts with cross-business managers, and ensuring seamless sales and client experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of total relevant work experience
- Must obtain Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses within 180 days of hire
- Must obtain CRPC Designation within 180 days of hire
