  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and employee engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business improvement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure staff are equipped to meet business needs.
  • Manage restaurant appearance, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
