Confidential Administrative Liaison

The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing confidential support in library-wide strategic areas;
- Serving as the primary point of administrative contact for internal and external constituencies;
- Coordinating and managing the administrative suite for the University Libraries;
- Prioritizing and supervising work, resolving routine conflicts and issues, and preparing and implementing administrative guidelines and procedures;
- Creating informational materials, preparing and processing records, reports, and documents;
- Scheduling appointments, arranging events, and coordinating logistics.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- At least five years of experience in complex administrative work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
- Strong organizational and planning abilities;
- Exceptional computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, videoconferencing tools, and University systems such as PeopleSoft and Absence Reporting System.
