Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot IT issues: Identify and resolve technical problems affecting our employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Provision workstations and users: Utilize IT management tools to set up and configure new workstations and user accounts, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions: Administer Active Directory and make changes to cPanel, WordPress, Microsoft O365, and other systems as needed.

Qualifications:
