Job Description

Interco is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot IT issues: Identify and resolve technical problems affecting our employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Provision workstations and users: Utilize IT management tools to set up and configure new workstations and user accounts, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions: Administer Active Directory and make changes to cPanel, WordPress, Microsoft O365, and other systems as needed.
  • Monitor system performance: Keep an eye on Nagios, CloudFlare, NinjaRMM, software updates, and patch management to ensure our systems are running efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or computer information systems.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a network support technician or similar role.
  • Availability: Ability to perform urgent repairs outside of business hours.
