We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer at Touro University California. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative assistance, secretarial support, and coordination of various tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer and various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and external constituents.
- Manage the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer's calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and other materials for the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer's review and signature.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and other materials.
- Provide research and analysis support to the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer, including gathering and analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer.
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
- Five (5) years of experience at a senior executive level.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong computer and office equipment skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with faculty, staff, and external constituents. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $52,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The university offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings and paid time off.
