Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Car Wash Site Manager to join our team at BLISS Car Wash. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our car wash site, ensuring a positive and safe experience for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the car wash site, including site upkeep, guest service, and membership sales.
  • Team Management: Lead and train a positive team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service and maintain a clean and efficient site.
  • Guest Experience: Provide a positive and safe experience for guests, ensuring they are satisfied with their visit and are likely to return.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of consumables, including brooms, dust pans, tools, and chemicals.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have car wash management experience.
  • Knowledge: Must have a high level of guest service knowledge and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Must be able to lead, support, and contribute to team goals.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Works mainly outdoors and at times indoors.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
Reporting Relationships

Reports to the Operations Manager.
