The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in the industrial industry and be able to bridge the gap between sales and service departments. As the main point of contact with our corporate headquarters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all service operations and inside sales activities
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by bridging the gap between sales and service departments
  • Serving as the main point of contact with our corporate headquarters
  • Managing a team of operations staff

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in operations management
  • ERP experience (SAP is preferred)
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically with Google Suite of products
  • Comfortable with limited out-of-state travel for training or meetings

Trillium Staffing offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience, as well as an annual bonus potential of $8,000. We also offer a full benefits package, including insurance, 401K, paid time off, and profit sharing.
