Site Manager/Car Wash Manager

Bliss Car Wash is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Car Wash Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, ensuring a positive and safe experience for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site team and maintain a clean, efficient site
  • Schedule site team and review/approve employee timecards
  • Provide excellent guest experience through training and building guest loyalty
  • Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary
  • Train on-site open/close process and ensure site is fully operational during business hours
  • Provide strong, positive, and proactive leadership to the team
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols
Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE car wash management experience
  • Ability to maintain high standards of guest service and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • Ability to lead, support, and contribute to team goals
Working Conditions:
  • Works mainly outdoors and at times indoors
  • Constant exposure to equipment fumes and cleaning solvents
  • Loud noise and vibration exposure
