Manufacturing Specialist

About the Job
The Production Operator I role at Staff Finders involves operating equipment to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods. This position requires a strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods.
- Maintain inventory records of raw materials used in manufacturing and keep accurate and up-to-date records and/or data sheets on materials in process.
- Perform in-process tests to ensure production meets required standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and product deficiencies to achieve continuing optimum production levels.
- Follow blueprints, subassembly layouts, and running accounts of orders received, work completed, and inventory.
- Match workload, manning, and equipment capacity to existing inventory.
- Prepare and monitor master schedules by working with materials planning, production, and maintenance personnel to coordinate activities.
Requirements
- Basic job skills and ability to learn company policies and procedures.
- Little or no prior relevant training or work experience required.
