Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain productive business relationships with a targeted group of ruminant producers to increase sales of products.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key ruminant industry influencers to expand product penetration to other farms.
  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Use account plans to identify and deliver needs of customers and influencers, providing financial advice, product information, training, and data monitoring.
  • Establish and initiate communication requirements within the targeted market, maintaining and updating customer and influencer information in the CRM system.
  • Communicate distribution requirements and issues to the Regional Account Manager and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
