Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Aurora Flight Sciences. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems for our advanced aircraft and enabling technologies.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement electrical system designs and architectures for our aircraft and enabling technologies.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in the design and development of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical system designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure they meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on aircraft and enabling technologies.
- Proven track record of designing and developing electrical systems for complex aircraft and enabling technologies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with electrical system design and development for aircraft and enabling technologies.
- Experience with testing and validation of electrical systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for electrical systems in aircraft and enabling technologies.
