Account Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing the relationship from start to finish.
  • Work within company portals to manage client accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle client inquiries related to shipping issues, order tracking, and overall order processing.
  • Conduct research on chargebacks, credits, and invoices, resolving issues promptly (approximately 20% of the role).
  • Maintain clear, articulate communication both written and verbally with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Account Manager role or a similar position.
  • Experience working within systems and portals to manage accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle various responsibilities across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage client relationships in a service-driven environment.
