Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing the relationship from start to finish.
- Work within company portals to manage client accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle client inquiries related to shipping issues, order tracking, and overall order processing.
- Conduct research on chargebacks, credits, and invoices, resolving issues promptly (approximately 20% of the role).
- Maintain clear, articulate communication both written and verbally with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Account Manager role or a similar position.
- Experience working within systems and portals to manage accounts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle various responsibilities across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage client relationships in a service-driven environment.
