About the Role
To transform an industry, it is essential to assemble an exceptional team. As a Senior Executive Coordinator at Formlabs, you will provide pivotal support to our top leaders in the 3D printing sector. We are in search of a dynamic professional who can empower our executive team members to expand our operations.

A successful candidate will be versatile, resourceful, approachable, collaborative, decisive, and self-driven with a proven track record of excellence. This position will assist three C-Suite Executives.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Manage the schedules of the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief People Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, proactively planning ahead while considering business priorities to optimize and protect their time.
2. Serve as the professional point of contact for executives, both internally across departments and externally with clients, investors, and candidates.
3. Ensure that Formlabs is consistently represented in a polished and professional manner.
4. Organize comprehensive travel arrangements for executives, handling complex itineraries and planning for unexpected changes to ensure smooth travel experiences.
5. Oversee executive expenses, ensuring timely submission of reports in accordance with global purchasing policies.
6. Contribute significantly to internal communications within the executives' departments, managing communication streams effectively.
7. Project manage and coordinate leadership-level events such as off-sites, kickoffs, and conferences.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies across the organization, fostering a more effective working environment.

Expected Outcomes
You will become an integral part of your executives and their teams, supporting them while also establishing cross-functional relationships within the organization. Your understanding of high-level business priorities will enable you to assist in effective prioritization and overall business success.

- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Operational Manager in a rapidly evolving setting.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to navigate dynamic situations effectively.
- A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
- An ability to build trust and rapport with key external contacts and internal stakeholders.

Essential Skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, Coupa for purchasing, and Zoom.
- Advanced document management skills in various formats including Sheets or Excel, Google Slides or PowerPoint.
