The Raymond Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Client Relations Supervisor to enhance our Product Support division. This role is essential in fostering communication and driving sales between our clientele and the organization, focusing on managing aftermarket operations for designated Major, National, and Key Customer Accounts. The primary objectives include Customer Retention, Program Implementation, and Aftermarket Sales Expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and nurture existing assigned accounts.
  • Identify and develop targeted new accounts.
  • Foster and sustain positive and professional relationships with departmental staff and other divisions; implement effective leadership strategies to enhance morale and teamwork.
  • Work towards achieving The Raymond Corporation's Customer Service objectives with assigned accounts.
  • Oversee the marketing and development of company programs as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer satisfaction challenges.
  • Engage with the Raymond Factory to resolve customer satisfaction issues.
  • Assist assigned Account Managers with presentations and ongoing aftermarket support for designated accounts.
  • Establish operational protocols for assigned accounts.
  • Communicate any customer concerns to the Account Manager and relevant parties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by executive management.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
  • Adept at interpreting documents such as safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees, colleagues, and managers across departments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and manufacturers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Exhibit a mature and responsible demeanor.

  • Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and other relevant figures.
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:

This position is non-sedentary and requires local travel. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The role may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts and requires the employee to visit job sites where construction activities are ongoing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require using hands to handle, feel, or reach. Occasional exposure to various environmental conditions is expected.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, including potential bonuses and commissions. The specific compensation offered may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
