Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations, overseeing office functions, and supporting our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer expectations, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
  • Oversee office functions, including internal and external communications
  • Support operations, including process improvement and policy development
  • Understand job duties and serve as a backup for other positions
  • Support staff as needed, providing guidance and training
  • Design and implement improved processes or operational policies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Recommend changes to products or services to meet customer needs
  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Two to five years of related experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
