About Our Organization
We deliver effective strategies, systems, and coaching to empower HVAC contractors to navigate industry challenges, enhance sales, and achieve 20% profit margins. A Day in Your Role as Our Customer Success Lead:
In this position, your day begins with onboarding clients and expertly guiding them through our established strategies. Mid-morning, you’ll check in on their progress, ensuring that each contractor is thriving with The EverRest processes. After a brief lunch, you will shine as the Webinar Host, conducting training sessions with enthusiasm and expertise.

As the day concludes, you will transition to being the ultimate Meeting Host, crafting an engaging experience for our members. Your flexibility and adaptability will be your strengths as you manage a variety of tasks, from CRM data entry to event assistance. This is not just a job; it’s a daily adventure with The EverRest Group.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Proficiency in hosting webinars
- Outstanding ability to build relationships and conduct client interactions
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience in event planning

Experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office role. While we value flexibility and provide remote work options when pre-approved, our primary focus is on customer support and care. We believe in a task-oriented approach rather than rigid schedules, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
