Clinical Nurse Coordinator High Risk Perinatal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our High Risk Perinatal team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and quality of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Support staff development and education to promote excellence in nursing practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification required within 4 months of employment.
- Registered Nurse with Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
