As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care services and collaborate with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
- Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse with Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
