Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and quality of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Support patient-centered care by engaging in service recovery and addressing patient concerns.
- Contribute to staff development and education, including interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
- Manage staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs and productivity standards.
- Ensure proper inventory control and supply management.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification within 4 months of employment.
- Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree or Diploma.
