Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement nursing care strategies that promote patient-centered care and improve clinical outcomes.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient throughput and satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Support staff development and provide guidance on best practices to ensure a high-performing team.
- Manage staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
