About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and quality of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
  • Support staff development and education to promote excellence in nursing practice.
  • Manage staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs and productivity standards.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification required within 4 months of employment.
  • Registered Nurse with Associate Degree or Diploma.
