- P&L Ownership: Manage the budget and financial performance of our retail locations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive operational excellence through process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to drive business results.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- 5+ years of management experience, with a strong background in team leadership and development.
- Undergraduate degree required, with a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
