Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and efficient service to customers, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Process service requests and repairs, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Work closely with technicians and other team members to ensure that services are completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage: $14 - $20 per hour
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
