About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality care and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure exceptional client care and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling and staffing plans to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with referral partners, payor sources, and clients to ensure strong relationships and positive outcomes.
  • Conduct regular home visits and safety checks to ensure client well-being and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, management, or supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
