Condition Monitoring Specialist

As a Condition Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for providing condition monitoring services as directed by management. You will coordinate and assist in scheduling work as necessary, assemble and maintain technical data and reports as required by the client and I-care. You will be accountable for overall safety, including ensuring compliance with all I-care, client, OSHA, and other applicable standards to the facility that you are servicing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading condition monitoring program setup or for clients as required, including building and maintaining CM technology databases to applicable I-care and client required standards.
- Assisting in advanced setup work such as Technology Mapping, Criticality Analysis, etc.
- Equipment walk down and information gathering.
You will also be responsible for communication and education between the company and clients, including communicating the I-care deliverables to the client, conducting technology awareness sessions for clients as requested, and submitting documented case studies for customer to support machine life cycle improvement.
Additionally, you will be responsible for necessary auditing, metrics and reporting, including ensuring all databases in compliance with current applicable standards, managing all database changes, and leading Management of Change (MOC) process adherence.
You will also be responsible for the overall safety awareness of the work environment, ensuring compliance with I-care, client, OSHA, and other applicable standards, and actively participating in I-Care and client safety programs to foster continuous improvement.
As a Technical Resource Coordinator, you will assist in training/mentoring of I-Care employees and convey obtained knowledge from seminar/training sessions.
You will also perform Condition Monitoring and Reporting of equipment, collecting technology data in accordance with I-Care and best practice industry standards, maintaining technology databases with current information, and performing Visual Inspection of equipment for proper installation, damage, etc.
Other responsibilities include performing special projects as assigned, working on call and/overtime as needed and required, and ensuring that work area and all I-Care and/or client supplied equipment is clean, secure, and well maintained.
