Auto Body Repair Specialist

At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. As a champion of quality and safety, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional repair services to our customers.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to plan efficient repair processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
- Make informed decisions on repair versus replacement, considering factors like safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove and replace vehicle components, such as upholstery, accessories, and trim, to access and repair damaged areas.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and adhere to industry standards.
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Possess certification in body repair, such as I-CAR welding certification.
- Have knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer-specific requirements.
- Be skilled in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
- Have the ability to supervise and lead repair personnel.
- Pass a thorough background check.
