Learning Environment Coordinator

As an Education Assistant at CAIRO Academy, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students. You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth in our students.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily lesson planning, implementing activities, and providing support to children with special needs. You will also maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment and communicate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and children.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
Working Conditions:
- Monday-Friday, 8:15am-12:15pm or 10:15am-2:15pm
- Some flexibility required to accommodate school schedule and family events
Compensation:
$21.68 per hour
